Epoxy Tables
We craft unique tables for meeting rooms
A solid wood slab with a glassy river of epoxy down the middle is sure to start conversations, and that's exactly what a conference room should do. A true centerpiece, an epoxy conference table combines craftsmanship and natural beauty in a way that few materials can.
Each piece is unique. No two real wood slabs have the same grain pattern, and the epoxy resin can be tinted, textured, or left crystal-clear.
Durability's another story. While hardwood alone is tough, the cured epoxy resin finish makes the surface even more resistant to scratches and spills.
Last but not least, each wood epoxy conference table we offer is made from responsibly sourced wood and eco-friendly epoxy.
Our epoxy conference tables selection features
At Maxiwoods, we offer a wide selection of wood species, resin colors, and other table features so you can get a really one-of-a-kind piece of furniture.
Wood species
You can choose from several wood species, depending on the look you're going for.
Black walnut is one of the most common materials for an epoxy resin conference table. It has a rich, dark color and grain patterns that look even better when paired with bright or clear epoxy. Maple has a lighter, creamy base, ideal for a softer feel.
Some clients prefer oak for its visible texture. Others go for something less common, like olive wood, which has a wilder grain and unexpected curves. We also work with poplar. Its subtle grain is perfect when you want the epoxy to be the focal point.

Epoxy conference tables designs
Our design studio offers custom-built conference room tables to your individual design. Still, the most popular choice is an epoxy river conference table with live edges facing inward.
Legs vary, too. You can opt for everything from industrial-style black steel to sculpted bases that act like a piece of art. We also offer epoxy color and finish as your customization options.
How our resin conference tables are made
We make custom office furniture, coffee tables, dressers, dining tables, and even doors by hand. Here's what our process looks like.
-
The wood is dried and flattened. We let the slab rest in a climate-controlled space, then plane it to level out any warping from the drying process.
-
Cracks and voids are filled with resin or left open, depending on the design. We mix the resin color, testing small batches before landing on the right tone or opacity.
-
For river tables, we build a mold around the slab. It holds the epoxy as it's poured between the live edges. It takes hours to settle and several days to cure fully.
-
Once cured, we sand everything down. Depending on the desired aesthetic, we use a matte or shiny finish.
-
Finally, the legs are added.
