1. General Terms
By purchasing from MaxiWoods, you agree to these terms and conditions. MaxiWoods reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
All furniture pieces are handcrafted to order in California using premium wood and epoxy resin. Each piece is unique due to the natural characteristics of wood and the handmade process. Minor variations in color, grain, and finish are normal and not considered defects.
3. Custom Orders
Custom furniture orders require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Custom orders typically take 4-8 weeks for completion, depending on complexity and current order volume.
4. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be received in full before shipment for ready-to-ship items. For custom orders, payment schedule will be communicated upon order confirmation.
5. Delivery and Installation
Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. White glove delivery service is available for an additional fee. Installation services may be available in select areas - please inquire for details.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns
To initiate the return process, call Maxiwoods Furniture Company at 415-240-4607.
– You have 5 days after receiving your item to notify us of your intention to return it. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. – Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive your money back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
7. Warranty
MaxiWoods provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or natural wood movement.
8. Limitation of Liability
MaxiWoods' liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
