Exquisite Solid Wood Conference Table for Your Workspace
A solid wood conference table could be a true centerpiece in your interior and a perfect place to start conversations. Combining excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail with the natural beauty of different types of hardwood and a stylish, glassy river of epoxy down the middle, a custom-made table fits into any workspace, whether a home, office, or executive conference room.
Moreover, each piece is unique, since it’s handcrafted and no two real wood slabs have the same grain pattern, while the epoxy resin can be tinted, textured, or left crystal-clear. Plus, you can customize it the way you want, enjoying a really one-of-a-kind piece of furniture.
Another aspect is how durable a table is. While hardwood alone is tough, the cured epoxy resin finish makes the surface even more resistant to scratches, stains, and spills. So, when ordering a meeting room/boardroom table, you can be sure it will last for years.

Custom Wood Conference Tables We Create
Our custom wood conference tables are handmade in the USA by skilled masters from responsibly sourced wood and eco-friendly epoxy. You can discover a wide selection of wooden options, sizes, shapes, resin colors, and other table features to suit your preferences.
Wood Types
Your custom wood conference table can be made from a variety of materials. One of the most common options is black walnut, which has a rich, dark color and grain patterns that look even better when paired with bright or clear epoxy. If you want a lighter, creamier base, maple is a great choice. For those looking for visible texture, oak makes sense. Other, less common options include olive and cherry.

Functions and Sizes
Our large tables can accommodate up to 10 or more people, depending on the size. Choose from solid-wood conference tables in a variety of shapes, sizes, and leg types. Standard sizes are typically 38-40" wide and 1-2 feet long, but you can specify your own dimensions. The same goes for shape: our craftsmen can create a rectangular table with sharp or rounded edges, live edge conference tables, add an epoxy river in the middle or some epoxy flecks on the sides, leave a small island, and much more!
Legs are also your choice, and they come in a variety of styles, shapes, and placements.
Design and Style Features
Create your unique design with our experts or choose from a range of available styles that best suit your space. Enjoy an elegant look that perfectly complements styles such as Arts & Crafts, industrial, Scandinavian, rustic, and mid-century modern. Epoxy resin is also available in a variety of colors and patterns to suit your needs.
Process We Follow to Handcraft Custom Wood Conference Table
Our tables are designed to be long-lasting, stylish, and functional. We make custom office furniture by hand:
- First, the wood is dried and flattened in a climate-controlled space, then we plane it to remove any warping from the drying process.
- The next step is filling cracks and voids with epoxy (or leaving them open, considering the design), mixing color, and testing small batches before settling on the right tone or opacity.
- When making river tables, we build a mold around the slab to ensure the epoxy holds while pouring between the live edges (which takes hours to settle and several days to cure).
- Then, the craftsmen sand everything down and apply a matte or shiny finish.
- The final stage is adding the legs and shipping a table to you.
